Limited to 18 participants. To breathe fully and freely is to live fully and freely. We can use our breath to free and resolve anything that is held in our body. Our breath can then become a vehicle for maintaining freedom and aliveness, mirroring our mind, body and spirit. A breathworker can help you release the core holding patterns that are held in the body. Breathwork is about becoming a breather! This event is also about personal transformation in any area of your life, and learning to share and facilitate breathwork sessions with others. Whether this becomes part of a vocation or avocation, it is profound to learn how to trade sessions with others. Trading sessions can become part of keeping your breath opened and enjoying ongoing freedom and healing. Topics will include:
- the art and science of breathwork
- dry breathwork sessions
- conception, birth, family & relationship patterns
- unsupportive protection mechanisms
- the personal lie
- pre and peri-natal psychology
